How can I cancel my subscription?
If you scroll up this page there is a button that says "Click here to manage your subscription" Here is where you can canel and pause your subscription.
When will payment be made?
Your first payment will be made when you sign up for our subscription box. You second payment will be taken automatically 1 month later. For example, if you order your first box on the 12th Feb, your second payment will be taken on the 12th March and so on.
Can I order more than 1 subscription box?
Of course, there is an option to add as many boxes as you like.
When will my box arrive?
Each box will arrive around 1 week after payment is made. Once your box has been dispatched, we will email you with a tracking number.
Can I choose what comes in each box?
No, sorry. Each box will have items selected at random, but don't worry each box will contain at least £24 worth of goodies.
What if my dog has an allergy?
If you dog has an allergy, or doesn't like on of our treat flavours, just drop us an email and we will be sure not to include it in your boxes.
